We want everyone to be able to shop for chocolate here. No exceptions, no fine print.
Our goal
We aim for our website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That's the widely used standard for making websites usable by people with disabilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation or screen magnification.
What we've done
- Text descriptions on product and site images
- Clear page titles and heading structure
- Strong color contrast
- Full keyboard navigation, with skip links
- Pages that zoom and work on any screen size
Ongoing work
Accessibility isn't a one-time job. We review the site as we add products and make changes. Some parts of the site come from third parties, including Shopify's checkout and a few apps, and we work with those providers when issues come up.
